“Miss Inmate” is an unusual competition held in many prisons and correctional facilities where participants, while incarcerated, compete to earn the title. Beauty and style play an important role, but the contest also contributes to the personal development of the participants and helps them acquire the skills needed for successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society after serving their sentences.
